Request deletion of your account.

This page concerns the Empreinte Vie app and the services of Empreinte Vie Inc. You can request full account deletion or target a specific Empreinte and selected data only.

What will be deleted

The account, access credentials, and sessions associated with your identity.
Your account personal information that does not need to be retained.
Empreintes you own and confirm you want deleted, along with their text, photos, and media.
Your invitations and collaboration access related to deleted items.

What may be retained

An Empreinte owned by another primary account remains active; your access is removed.
Invoices, orders, and transaction records required for tax, accounting, legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Some backup copies may remain temporarily until their normal rotation, with restricted access.

Submit your request

Submitting the form does not automatically delete anything. Verification is always performed to protect your memories.
