You can create a birth, life, memorial, or companion profile. The structure and certain fields adapt to the selected type while remaining within the same platform.

The guided setup covers the profile type, story, media, key moments, loved ones, package, and your contact details. You then review a preview before activating the Empreinte.

No. The Digital package lets you create the Empreinte without a physical product. You can order a QR Cube or compatible plaque later from your account.

Yes. One account can hold several Empreintes and lets you find the profiles you own or collaborate on in one place.

No. Start with the essential information, then return to add or correct text, media, loved ones, and milestones after creation. An Empreinte is designed to evolve.

You choose between a public Empreinte and a private, password-protected Empreinte. A public Empreinte can be opened by people who have its link or QR code; a private Empreinte requires the password before showing the profile.

You can share the profile link or use the QR product connected to it. For a private Empreinte, also share the password only with people you trust.

Yes. The primary account can send an email invitation. Once accepted, the authorized person can edit the profile, add memories, and place orders connected to that Empreinte. The primary account can remove that access.

A visitor views the profile according to its privacy setting. A collaborator signs in to their own account and receives editing access granted by the primary account.

Yes. You can request full account deletion or target a specific Empreinte and selected data. Identity and request scope are verified before anything is deleted; submitting the form does not automatically erase data.

Depending on the profile type, you can add text, photos, videos, dates, quotes, key moments, loved ones, trips, and testimonials. Some sections appear only when they are relevant to that profile.

Yes. The owner and authorized collaborators can return to edit information, media, and privacy after activation. You do not need to finish everything in one sitting.

Yes. The type can be adjusted from the editor, for example to evolve a life profile into a memorial profile. Review the dates and sections specific to the new type before saving.

Lunai can suggest text for certain writing fields using the profile information. You choose what to insert, then review and save the result. Visitors to the public profile do not trigger Lunai usage.

When a profile accepts testimonials, a visitor can submit a message. The submission must be reviewed and approved before it appears on the Empreinte.

Empreinte Vie currently offers a 4 × 4 in birch QR Cube, a 1 × 1 in urn plaque, and a 4 × 4 in headstone plaque. The options shown at the time of ordering are always the current available options.

The Digital package includes the profile without a physical product. Signature includes the profile and a personalized QR Cube made and engraved in Quebec. Urn and headstone plaques remain separately priced options.

Depending on the product, you can choose the visual, a short text, a name, dates, or a brief inscription. The Cube also offers several wood colors and a black or white base depending on available variations.

Yes. From your account, you can order a product for an existing Empreinte. The product is then prepared with the QR link for the correct profile.

The memories remain in the Empreinte connected to your account. You can order a new product for that profile without rebuilding its content.

The physical QR code has no battery or expiration date. It opens the Empreinte address while the profile remains active and the service is available. The platform and links are designed for long-term use without promising uninterrupted technical availability.

The headstone plaque is made of anodized aluminum and designed for outdoor use. The urn plaque is a more discreet format. Both are prepared and engraved in Quebec with adhesive backing; always make sure the surface is clean and suitable before installation.

Empreinte packages are paid once; there is no monthly subscription. Additional products ordered later are charged separately.

The Pricing page lists packages, the individually purchased QR cube, and plaques. Amounts are also repeated during signup or product ordering. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and add-ons are shown before payment is confirmed.

Yes. The gift flow lets you choose a package, identify the recipient, and send them an activation. Payment is handled by the person giving the gift.
